Terms of Service

Kids & Co. Childcare Center

Effective date: October 16, 2026

Our Privacy Policy is here.

What these terms cover

These terms cover this website and its tour-request form for Kids & Co. Childcare Center, operated by Mancinis Childcare Center LLC. They do not govern enrollment, tuition, or the childcare agreement and policies you would sign if your child joins us. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents control.

Booking a tour

After submitting the form, choose an available tour time on the booking calendar. Check your confirmation for the visit details; we may contact you if a tour needs to be rescheduled. Tours should be booked by the child’s parent or legal guardian.

A tour is not a place. It does not reserve a spot, hold a spot, or guarantee enrollment. Some of our programs are full and run a waitlist; if that applies to the program you asked about, we will say so.

Where we are

We ask for your ZIP code so we can tell you up front whether we are a realistic drive. If you are outside the area most of our families come from, you are still welcome to visit; the form will just say so first.

Contacting you

We use the contact details you provide to respond to your tour request and manage your booking. The form shows the consent wording for appointment text messages. That wording, how we use your information, and how to stop messages are set out in our Privacy Policy. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of enrolling.

Accurate information

Please give us accurate details and use the form only to book a tour for a child you are the parent or legal guardian of. We may decline or cancel a request that does not meet that.

What is on this site

The program descriptions, age ranges and availability shown here are general information and can change. What actually applies to your family comes from what we tell you on the tour and put in writing afterwards. We may change this site at any time, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date at the top.
