Information about your child

The tour form asks which program you are interested in: infant and toddler, PreK, or school age. It does not ask for your child's name, date of birth, or enrollment records. Enrollment information is handled separately by the center.

What we collect

This site does one thing: it books a tour. When you fill out the form, we collect the program you asked about, your ZIP code, and your first and last name, email address and mobile phone number.

We use your ZIP code to check whether you are in the area most of our families come from. If you are outside it, the form tells you so rather than hiding it.

How you got here

We store the advertising and referral values carried on the link you arrived on: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term, click identifiers such as fbclid, gclid, msclkid and ttclid, the ad, ad set and campaign identifiers our advertising platforms attach, the page that referred you, and the address of the page you landed on. These are saved in your browser and submitted with your request so we know which ad or page brought you here.

The form sends that wording, its version number, the time you submitted, and the address of the page you were on with your tour request.

How we use it

• To call, text or email you to schedule and confirm your tour
• To have the right classroom and teacher ready when you arrive
• To add you to the waitlist, if you asked about a program that is currently full
• To measure which ads and pages actually bring families here

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

We use service providers to run this website, arrange tours, deliver messages, and measure our advertising. Depending on their role, they receive the information needed for those services:

• Our customer relationship system, which stores your request and sends our follow-up
• Our website host, and its traffic and performance analytics, which measure how the site loads and how it is used
• Our advertising measurement tools, which run on the live site. When you submit the form they receive your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code so the advertising platform can match the conversion to your visit. The program you asked about is not sent to them.
• Our booking calendar provider, which runs the scheduling step after you submit and records the time you pick
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with, such as in response to a court order

Your contact details, including your phone number, may be used for tour follow-up and the advertising measurement described above. SMS opt-in information and consent are not used for advertising or shared for others' marketing. They are shared only with service providers needed to process and deliver our appointment messages.

Cookies, browser storage and call tracking

The form saves your progress in your browser so you can come back and finish without starting over. Your browser also holds the advertising values described above and a flag that keeps a single submission from being counted twice. Clearing your browser storage removes all of them. Cookies used for analytics and advertising measurement can be controlled through your browser settings.

On the live site, the phone number shown to you may be a tracking number that forwards to us, so we can tell which ad produced your call. Calls to it reach Kids & Co. Childcare Center normally.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those emails.
• Tell us on the phone to stop calling, and we will stop.
• Call the number below to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of enrolling, and you can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and our correspondence with you for as long as we are in touch with you about a place here, and after that for as long as applicable law requires. If you ask us to delete your information, we will tell you plainly what we can remove and what we are obliged to keep.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect what you send us, including encryption in transit and access controls on the systems that hold it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is for the adults arranging childcare tours. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The tour form asks for a program interest, not a child's name or enrollment records.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date at the top. If we change the consent wording above, that wording gets a new version number, and it applies only to consents given after the change.
